This is the May 5, 2009 interview of retired Judge Mateo Baldoza, Ileco 3 board president, with Joel Tormon of Aksyon Radyo-Iloilo relative to the alleged bribery of Ileco 3 officials by Iloilo Gov. Niel D. Tupas Sr. and Applied Research Technologies Phils., Inc. (Artech) The alleged bribe was meant to persuade Ileco 3 directors to sign a power supply agreement with Artech. Baldoza alleged in the interview that Gov. Tupas gave him an envelope containing P75,000 cash inside the governor’s mansion in Jaro, Iloilo City last April 17, 2009.
